cross country 2011

this year,my school's cross country @ Bukit Mewah....
T.T i prefer Taman Wetland, Putrajaya
i got 1 POINT !! haha

used alot of adrenal gland and energy today

saw this cute mushroom at the road side!!
so special! and looks crispy!!!! yum.....

went back home and straight away lie down at the sofa and SLEEP!!!
haha what to do i'm too tired
slept 5 hours ...@.@
woke up and OMG!!!!
my whole body dam pain wei somemore the sofa is china style!!!

till now my ass and my leg still paining!!!
i'm walking just like a mama penguin
